Shipping policy

 

Maxi Tee Drops are shipped between 4-7 business days.

Due to high demand, custom orders can take between 5-7 weeks to create before shipping.

Shipping through USPS takes about 3-5 days after being processed.

If you pay for expedited shipping this does not mean your item will ship out faster(unless we have spoken about it prior to your purchase), it just means that when your item does ship, it will reach you quicker than our normal standard shiping time. (4-7 business days).

 

Because we are a very small business, and we make each piece of clothing, please allow an additional 1-4 days from when your shipping label was printed for it to reach the post office. All items shipped will have a tracking number. Once your order is given to the post office, it is out of our control and in the hands of the carrier. If you have tracking inquiries you will need to contact them so they can best serve you.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error and/or no signage upon delivery will be recharged the shipping rate.*

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will receive store credit for your order value minus the international shipping cost.

Although this situation is extremely rare, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or after delivery but we will do our best to help you track them down and figure out a solution.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages. 

Please double check your address before placing your order to make sure there are no delays or deliveries to wrong addresses. If a package does come back to us because of an address error on the customers side we will have to ask that you pay for postage again to get it back to the correct address.
